Hello Backers,

We'd like to provide an update on shipping and deliveries. Last month, On February 21st, precisely, we sent out all your watches and we were excited and proud of this milestone as we had shipped even earlier than our anticipated timeline. At the time, our global fulfilment partner had assured us that delivery times would range between 7-14 business days. 

Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 outbreak, there have been massive global delays and disruptions in shipping and longer wait times for fulfilment. This is a situation we are closely monitoring and we are currently working with our fulfilment partner to provide an accurate report on the status of the pending deliveries. 

Please bear with us and rest assured that your watch will arrive soon. Despite the delay, about half of our backers have received their watches and are already enjoying them and our hope is that every single backer would receive theirs very soon. If you need to track the status of your shipment, please log on to backerkit.com or check your inboxes for the tracking number we sent out last month.

Hello Backers!

We are thrilled to announce that your watches have all shipped from our global fulfillment center and are on their way to you! This moment has been several months in the making and we are delighted that we were able to ship out your watches to you, even earlier than anticipated.  We are grateful to you for supporting our project and bringing the TimeKeeper to life and we hope you'll love every bit of your watches even more than we loved making them. 

You will receive an email shortly with your tracking numbers and an online link to track the shipments. Please note that the average shipping time will be 7-14 business days, and it might be even longer if your package has to be cleared by customs in your respective countries. Also, keep in mind that you will be responsible for any customs duties or fees imposed by your countries. Please reach out to us [email protected] if you haven't received your packages by March 28th. 

One more thing, please share photos of your watch on your social networks with the hashtags #MyTimeKeeper and tag us @jamesandmuriel. We'd love to see all your beautiful shots, unboxing videos and any moments with your watches that you'd like to share.
